Crane Hire Terrigal

Beachside · Terrigal + Wamberal

Crane hire Terrigal — built for the streets behind the beach.

Terrigal stacks its best houses up the steep little streets behind the esplanade — big glass, tight parking, sea views and nowhere to stand a truck crane. Our compact Maedas set up in a single parking bay and lift over the roofline, with the depot at The Entrance about twenty minutes up the road. Part of our crane hire Central Coast service.

What Terrigal calls us for

View homes, steep streets and salt air — the lifts here are small in footprint and big in consequence.

Glass walls & view windows

Frameless panes and sliders set on vacuum to 600 kg with the glass lifter — over the roof from the street, rotated and tilted into openings that overlook the water.

Beach-house rebuilds

The old weekenders are becoming serious houses. Steel, trusses and materials placed from a single parking bay on the steep backstreets — that’s exactly what a tight access crane is for.

Spas & terraced backyards

Spas and landscaping onto stepped, sloping blocks — and when the arc is blocked, our pick and carry crew tracks the load down the side path instead.

Lagoon-side soft ground

Around Wamberal and the lagoon, sandy soft ground swallows wheeled machines. Rubber-tracked crawler cranes with mats set up where the job actually is.

Local knowledge that saves you money

One parking bay is enough

Esplanade-side streets have no room to give. The whole operation arrives on one truck and sets up inside a single bay — no road closure on most lifts, no fight with the parking rangers.

Steep is standard

The climbs behind the beach put wheeled cranes off. Tracks walk up, outriggers level the machine on the slope, and the lift happens from wherever the house actually is.

We watch the weather with you

Sea breeze and swell change lift windows fast. Being twenty minutes away means we can bring a booking forward to catch a still morning — not lose the day to wind.

Local, not up the M1

The depot is at The Entrance — no Sydney mobilisation charge, and a crew who already know which Terrigal streets are one-way, which are school-zone, and where the crane fits.

Terrigal questions

How much does crane hire cost in Terrigal?

From $195–$205 per hour with a ticketed operator included, depending on the machine and access, with a 6-hour site minimum. Glass work adds a flat $400 for the vacuum lifter. We’re based locally at The Entrance, so there’s no Sydney mobilisation — and every price is fixed in writing before you book.

Can you lift a glass wall into a view home?

That’s the Terrigal speciality. Panels to 600 kg go up on vacuum, over the roof from the street, rotated and tilted into the opening. Send the panel size and a photo of the house and we’ll confirm the arc before you book.

Our street is steep and narrow — can you even set up?

Yes. The crane arrives on one truck, tracks off, climbs the drive and sets up on outriggers in a single parking bay. The steep backstreets behind the beach are our normal working ground.

What about parking and access on the esplanade side?

Most lifts run from one parking bay without a road closure. Where a bay reservation or council permission is needed, we sort it as part of the quote so it never lands on you the morning of the lift.

What happens if the wind comes up?

We plan glass and panel lifts for still windows — usually early morning — and being local means we can shift a booking to catch the weather rather than cancel the day. You’ll never pay for a lift the wind refused.

How do I get an exact price?

Text a photo of the load, the street and the access to 0434 242 777, or use the instant estimator. We’ll confirm machine, price and the next free slot — usually the same day.
