Crane Hire The Entrance

Home base · The Entrance

Crane hire The Entrance — our depot is in your postcode.

Every other crane on the Coast has to drive here. Ours already lives here — the Parramatta Cranes depot sits at The Entrance, which makes this the fastest, cheapest place on the entire Coast to put one of our machines. Channel-front units, the old holiday flats being reborn, the Long Jetty strip: all a few minutes from the gate. The home suburb of our crane hire Central Coast service.

What The Entrance calls us for

Holiday-flat country turning into forever-home country — and every block is minutes from our gate.

Unit & holiday-flat rebuilds

The old walk-ups along the channel are being gutted, extended and rebuilt one by one. Balcony materials, kitchens, steel and glass go in from the street with a tight access crane — no scaffold cranes, no drama for the neighbours.

Channel & lakefront homes

Reclaimed foreshore ground goes soft fast. Rubber-tracked crawler cranes with outrigger mats set up safely near the water where wheeled machines sink or stay on the road.

Retail strips, done early

Long Jetty and The Entrance Road shopfronts want lifts finished before the coffee rush. Being minutes away, our early windows actually start early — glass, awnings and plant in and out before opening.

Pools, spas & backyards

Shells over the house from the street — and where wires or trees block the arc, our pick and carry team takes the load down the side and lands it from the back.

The home-ground advantage

Zero mobilisation. Literally.

The machines sleep in your suburb. No Sydney float, no Coast-crossing travel line on the quote — The Entrance jobs are the cheapest place on the Coast to hire us, and the sharpest quotes we write.

Same-day is a real option

When a delivery lands early or another crane lets you down, we can often have a machine on your site the same morning — it only has to come from around the corner.

We know this water

Channel wind, sea mist and king tides all change a lift day here. We watch the same weather you do and book windows that actually hold — local knowledge you can’t float up the M1.

Neighbours stay friendly

Tight holiday-street blocks mean close neighbours. One truck, a parking-bay footprint and the near-silent electric carrier keep the street calm while the lift happens.

The Entrance questions

How much does crane hire cost at The Entrance?

From $195–$205 per hour with a ticketed operator included, and a 6-hour site minimum that covers setup and pack-down. Because the depot is here, there’s no travel line worth mentioning — The Entrance is the cheapest place on the Coast to hire us. Fixed price in writing before you book.

How fast can you actually get to my site?

Faster than anywhere else we service — the machines are garaged in the suburb. Same-morning starts are genuinely possible when the schedule allows, and urgent rescues after another crane cancels are a specialty here.

Can you lift into an old walk-up unit block?

Yes — balcony materials, kitchens, glass and steel go in from the street with a parking-bay footprint. We coordinate with strata and neighbours, and most lifts run without a road closure.

Is the ground near the channel a problem?

It can be for wheeled cranes — reclaimed foreshore ground is soft and unpredictable. Our machines run rubber tracks with low ground pressure and set up on outrigger mats, so waterside blocks are routine rather than risky.

What about wind off the water?

We plan glass and panel work for the still early windows and watch the channel weather like locals, because we are. If the wind refuses a lift, we reschedule fast — you don’t pay for weather.

How do I get an exact price?

Text a photo of the load, the site and the access to 0434 242 777, or use the instant estimator. We’ll confirm machine, price and the next free slot — often the same day here.
