Lakes + logistics · Tuggerah
Crane hire Tuggerah — from the warehouse floor to the lake shore.
Tuggerah is where the Coast does its heavy lifting: the big-box and business-park precinct on one side of the line, and the lakeside streets of Berkeley Vale and Killarney Vale on the other. Machinery moves in live warehouses, glass into fit-outs, spas over lakeside homes on soft shore ground — ten minutes from our depot at The Entrance. Part of our crane hire Central Coast service.

What Tuggerah calls us for
The Coast’s logistics engine next to its biggest lake — the run sheet swings between both worlds daily.
Machinery repositioned, racking shifted and plant onto mezzanines while the facility keeps trading — our pick and carry service runs an electric carrier through 780 mm doorways with zero fumes and near-zero noise.
Glass, ground-level plant and fit-out materials in and out of the park’s low-rise buildings — dock bookings, inductions and a tight access footprint that doesn’t block the loading bay next door.
Berkeley Vale, Killarney Vale and Chittaway Bay sit on soft shore ground that swallows wheeled machines. Rubber-tracked crawler cranes on mats make lake-street lifts routine.
Shells and materials over the house from the street with a mini crane — and down the side on the carrier when the powerlines say no.
Local knowledge that saves you money
Most Tuggerah machinery moves happen inside operating facilities. Electric drive and compact setups mean production keeps running — you’re not paying staff to stand in the carpark while a diesel crane idles indoors.
Business-park sites run on inductions and dock schedules. SWMS, insurances and lift plans go in with the quote so approval is done before lift day, not during it.
The Entrance depot is practically next door — the shortest industrial call-out on the Coast. Same-day slots for urgent machinery moves are genuinely realistic here.
The big-box strip prefers lifts after close. We run 24/7 and quote overnight windows as standard, with the site handed back clean before morning trade.
Tuggerah rates
All rates + GST with a 6-hour site minimum that covers setup and pack-down. Glassboy vacuum lifter adds a flat $400 for glass work. Tuggerah is about ten minutes from The Entrance depot — the shortest industrial call-out on the Coast, with no Sydney mobilisation. Fixed price in writing before you book.

Tuggerah questions
How much does crane hire cost in Tuggerah?
From $195–$205 per hour with a ticketed operator included, depending on the machine and access, with a 6-hour site minimum. The tracked carrier adds a flat $800/day when loads need moving across site. Tuggerah is ten minutes from The Entrance depot — no Sydney mobilisation — and every price is fixed in writing before you book.
Can you move machinery inside a working warehouse?
That’s our favourite Tuggerah job. The electric carrier runs through 780 mm doorways with no fumes and next to no noise, so production lines keep moving while plant is repositioned, mezzanines are loaded and racking gets shifted.
Do you handle site inductions and dock bookings?
Yes — SWMS, insurances and lift plans are sent with the quote, and we book the dock window with your facilities team. Approval happens before lift day, not on it.
Is soft ground near the lake a problem?
Not for tracked machines. Low ground pressure plus outrigger mats make Berkeley Vale and Killarney Vale shore streets routine — the same ground that turns wheeled cranes away.
Can you lift overnight for a retail site?
Yes — overnight and pre-dawn windows are standard for the big-box strip. The lift happens after close and the site is handed back clean before morning trade.
How do I get an exact price?
Text a photo of the load, the site and the access to 0434 242 777, or use the instant estimator. We’ll confirm machine, price and the next free slot — usually the same day.
